- Create pre-workshop list of any stakeholders
- Collect the following materials
- Flip-charts
- Post-it notes, 3 colours (Manage closely, Keep satisfied, Keep informed)
- Camera for documentation
- Decide on what the best outcome and documentation format would be for this workshop

‘User Stories are the needs that a user has of a product or service, and that a product or service must satisfy for the user to get the right outcome for their task.
